Violations: May result in formal warnings, account suspension, or permanent banning.
Reporting: Please report offensive display names or content to info@rarepublications.in.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive for a smooth, on-time delivery experience using trusted national carriers.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Primary Carrier: IndiaPost (Registered Printed Book Service).
Delivery Timeline: Usually 3–5 days after shipping.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed.
International: We currently only ship within Domestic India.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.

Issue	Resolution Policy
Defective/Damaged	Full replacement or refund at no cost to the buyer.
Wrong Item Sent	Full replacement or refund after verification.
Missing Parts	Immediate shipment of missing items or partial refund.
Buyer Remorse	Not eligible for return (e.g., ordering the wrong book by mistake).

How to Claim: Email info@rarepublications.in with details of the defect and your order number.
Shipping Costs: RARE Publications covers all shipping costs for returning defective or wrong items.

Buyer Protection Program

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller on our platform, RARE Publications will mediate.

Eligibility: Only for purchases made directly through our website.
Timeline: Disputes must be filed within 45 days of delivery.
Claim Limit: Maximum of 5 claims per year, per user, with a coverage limit of ₹2,500.
Fraud Alert: False or misleading claims will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property (FIV Program)

We respect the rights of creators. Our Infringement Verification (FIV) process allows rights owners to report unlicensed content.

Reporting: Only the intellectual property owner can report a listing.
Process: Submit a “Notice of Infringement” to info@rarepublications.in including proof of ownership and the specific item number.
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please email us at info@rarepublications.in with the subject line ‘FIV Notice of Infringement’. Our team will provide you with the necessary verification documents to begin the formal review process
